We provide succulent care instructions for each order on how to properly care for succulents.

Custom and personalized orders

We can personalize messages on all our succulent planters. If there is a design template that you like, please provide appropriate information. If you would like your own design please describe in detail how you would like us to design your order. We send proofs of artwork via ETSY MESSAGES NOT EMAIL. We get hundreds of emails every day and may miss your order. WE DO NOT BEGIN MANUFACTURING UNTIL PROOF CONFIRMATION. If there is no response to our messages within 36 hours of purchasing, we will go ahead and begin manufacturing.

Deliver Order By Certain Date

If you need your order by a certain date, we take around 5-7 business days for manufacturing after buyer purchases the order. If order is urgent, please message us BEFORE purchasing to confirm possible shipment arrival.

Shipping Options

For returning clients who are wondering about our shipping changes, we have received complaints from customers regarding USPS First Class Mail as it seems to have had many delays and handling issues (dead succulent/broken planters). For that reason, we have decided to remove the USPS First Class Mail option as one of our shipping choices. I apologize for any inconvenience and please understand our decision to do so.

Currently, we are only offering USPS Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express.

My Plant is Dead/Damaged

If your plant arrives dead or damaged, please message us a photo and we can send you a new one. We have no control over how the plant is taken care of, so once the plant has died over time, we are unable to send a replacement only if the plant arrives dead or damaged.
